Welcome to Retro Wink! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website www.retrowink.com.au and your purchases from our online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Retro Wink is an online store based in Bilinga, Queensland, Australia, offering curated photography gift bundles, accessories, and instant print products.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website in a lawful, respectful, and reasonable manner. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if misuse is detected.

3. Products & Availability

All products and bundles are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change product offerings, descriptions, or prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We accept payments securely via Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.
Orders are confirmed only once full payment is received.

5. Shipping Policy

📦 Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all gift bundles Australia-wide

  • Flat rate of $9.95 AUD for all other items

  • We currently only ship within Australia

🚚 Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of confirmation.
Orders with personalised items (e.g. gift cards or engraved accessories) may require slightly longer, but we always do our best to dispatch within two business days.

⏱️ Delivery Estimates

Most orders arrive within 2–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary by location and carrier.

📬 Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Parcels

Retro Wink is not responsible for parcels that are:

  • Stolen after delivery

  • Unclaimed

  • Delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error

Once marked as "delivered" by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We can assist with courier investigations but cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept change-of-mind returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition

  • The entire bundle is returned (partial returns not accepted)

  • Return shipping is covered by the customer

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • For gift bundles, while shipping is free at checkout, a flat return shipping fee of $14.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover our original shipping costs.

  • For individual items, the original shipping fee of $9.95 is non-refundable.

❗ Personalised Items
Personalised – printed and engraved accessories are non-refundable.
If returned as part of a bundle, the value of the engraved or printed item will be deducted from the refund, and the item remains with the customer.

 
7. Warranty & Support

Retro Wink resells premium products from third-party manufacturers such as Fujifilm and Polaroid. We are not the manufacturer, and are not liable for product defects or faults beyond the scope of the brand's warranty.

If you experience a product issue, contact us at info@retrowink.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with:

  • Basic troubleshooting

  • Warranty claim guidance

  • Or brand-specific support where applicable

 
8. Personalised Items & Content

When submitting personalised messages (e.g. for gift cards), customers agree that all content must be respectful and appropriate. Retro Wink reserves the right to cancel any order containing offensive or inappropriate content.

 
9. Intellectual Property

All photos, product descriptions, and content on our website are the property of Retro Wink and may not be reproduced without written permission.

 
10. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

  • Product defects outside our control

  • Courier delays or failures

  • Customer misuse or incorrect handling

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

 
11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be handled under Australian jurisdiction.

 
12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
